We’re are aware of an issue with Ansys running on the Terminal Server (animal.eng.utah.edu) whereby an error appears and Workbench will not open.
Let us know if you’re experiencing this and we’ll reset your Windows profile (you must be logged off all our Windows machines before we do this) to clear the issue.
Otherwise, you can connect to the Linux lab machines or compute servers and run Workbench there. See the Remote Access FAQ’s if you need instructions.
