CADE will be retiring the old MySQL server named mysql.eng.utah.edu on March 1st, 2022. As of January 2022, there appear to be no active users of this server, as all new databases since 2017 have been created on the new server (maria.eng.utah.edu).
If you need an old database moved to the new server, please send a request to opers@eng.utah.edu and we’d be happy to move it over.
We’ll be keeping this server around after shutdown for at least two years if any old data needs to be recovered.
